CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible.
LOST IN TRANSIT
If for any reason your order is lost in transit and we have had confirmation from our courier this is the case we will then resend your order back out, we do not refund for lost in transit orders.
RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return any item(s) from the date that you received it. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of any items.
(SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE)
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, if damaged (Not including wax) please send us a photo to info@zenfusionscents.com your items must also be in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products being made out of wax, sometimes out of our control when in transit breakages can happen, this will not effect the melting process of the wax in any way.
REFUNDS
When we have received your item(s) we will notify you.
Once item(s) have been inspected we will immediately
notify you on the status of your refund.
If your returned item(s) is approved,
we will initiate a refund to your original
payment method.
